Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Bank submits that the property has already been sold by way of auction and sale certificate has been issued in favour of third person on July 2, 2025. 3. In light of the above factual matrix, we are of the view that this Court cannot intervene at this stage. The writ petition, is accordingly, disposed of. 4.
