The petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 472/2023 arising out of Tonto P.S. Case No. 12/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 504 & 506/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3 & 4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. On 07.11.2022, mother of the informant went missing. After a week, petitioners and co-accused persons told the informant that they have murdered his mother. 4. It was submitted that there is inordinate delay of five months in lodging of this case. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
