In pursuance of the order dated 17.01.2025, today, corpus who was residing with her parents, has been brought by Sub-Inspector Sri Ashok Kumar Verma from native place of the corpus before this Court and also demand draft of Rs.25,000/- has been handed over to the corpus by learned counsel for petitioner no.1. 3. On being queried, corpus stated that she is residing with respondent no.3/her father with her free will with sound mind. 4. In view of the statement made by corpus, it is apparent that there is no illegal detention of corpus by her father/respondent no.3 and as such, the present petition stands dismissed.
