For the Respondents: Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General with Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C.Verma, Additional Advocate Generals and Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General. _________________________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record communication dated 23.09.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that a decision has been taken to implement the judgment and the respondents, after having calculating the amount required to be paid to the petitioner in terms of mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, has submitted matter with the Government with a request to provide an amount of Rs. 33, 19, 327/-, so that same may be released in favour of the petitioner. He states that as and when afore amount is released from the government, it shall be released to the petitioner. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings and accordingly same are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged. However, respondents are directed to ensure that amount, as detailed hereinabove, is released in favour of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks, failing which, respondents would further aggravate the contempt. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to get the present petition revived in case needful is not done, so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken against the erring officials.
