By way of this application, the applicants have prayed for restoration of the main matter, which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections vide order dated 19.09.2025. 2. Learned Advocate, Mr. Shukla, appearing for the applicants submitted that all the office objections shall be removed within ten days and prayed that the main matter be restored. 3. Heard. In view of the statement made by learned Advocate, Mr. Shukla, at Bar, this application is allowed and the main matter is ordered to be restored to its original file, subject to the condition that all the office objections shall be removed on, or before, 24th December, 2025.
