The learned advocate for respondent submits that, on 21.01.2025 the petitioner has already joined the service at the place of transfer and the petition has thus become infructuous. 2. The copy of communication dated 21.01.2025 is taken on record and marked as annexure “X” for the purpose of identification. 3. This Court has considered the prayer in the petition. The petition is limited to the order passed on an application below Exh. U-2 in complaint ULP No. 02/2025 pending before the learned Member, Industrial Court, Latur. Considering that, the petitioner has joined the service, this Court finds that, the petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is therefore disposed of as such. 5.
