Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents to make petitioner the member in the aforesaid Samiti namely Nandu Talab Matsya Jivi Sahkari Samiti Limited Tejpur Ghurat Block Bangra Tahsil Mauranipur District Jhansi. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus by directing the respondent no. 4 i.e., Upziladhikari Mauranipur District Jhansi not to make the Auction of fishery Patta to the members of said Nandu Talab for fishing of aforesaid Nandu Talab Matsya Jivi Sahkari Samiti Limited or to any person till dispute is not resolved." 3. Admittedly, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of appeal. 4. Under the circumstances, this petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to avail the statutory alternative remedy, in case so advised.
