Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the entire proceeding of the Case No.T202514290201820 (Umrawati Devi Va. Ravinder) Under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 Mauja Goshalpur, Pagrana- Dehma, Tehsil-Mohammdabad, District Ghazipur pending before learned Tehsildar (Judicial) Mohammabad, Ghazipur)." 2. It has been informed that proceedings under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration. As the proceedings are pending consideration, no case for interference is made out. 3. The revenue authorities are directed to conclude the proceedings pending under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
