The following prayers have been made in the present petition: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 (Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate, Gautam Gudh Nagar) to decide the representation dated 23.06.2025 on grievance of the petitioner in respect of stoppage of the construction of his house. ii. Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.3 to refrain from interfering in the construction of the residential house of the petitioner. iii. Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No.2 to initiate departmental action against the police officials who acted illegally and beyond their jurisdiction." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a better petition, after impleading NOIDA as a party- respondent. 3.
