65. 10.11.2025 Court No.03. (M/L) (Pritam) WPA 698 of 2024 Tarak Chandra Paul. -Vs.- Bongaon Municipality & Ors. 1. The matter pertains to disbursal of security deposit in connection with a tender relating to laying and distribution of pipeline (D.I. pipe, all types and classes) under water supply project, AMRUT with Bongaon Municipality. The petitioner claims that the petitioner was L-I in connection with the tender and accordingly work-order relating to the aforesaid tender was issued on 3rd July, 2018. The petitioner claims that he was required to and had executed a formal agreement with the Chairman, Bongaon Municipality and as per the agreement, he had completed the work. 2. At the time of hearing, neither the petitioner nor the respondents are represented. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest and may no longer be interested to pursue with the matter. 3. Accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed for non- prosecution. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
