In the light of this Annexure-4 dt.14.06.2024, the order passed by the Executive Engineer (West), Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Agartala, Tripura which was passed prior to the issuance of show- cause notice, is quashed. The petitioner is granted eight weeks’ time from today to file a reply to the show-cause notice and further proceedings may be taken after considering the same.
