The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondents no. 2 and 3 to modify the gazette notice published in Dainik Jagran in respect of Khasra No. 142 area 0.7320 and Khasra No. 143 area 0.490 hectare Mauja-Rahimpur, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Mathura in relation to respondent no. 4. 2. We have gone through the so called gazette notice. In fact it is a public notice issued by Mathura Vrindavan Development Authority in relation to its proposal for purchase of certain land and inviting objection from the parties in connection thereto. 3. The case of the petitioner is that by the said notice, the MVDA has given offer to respondent no. 4 for purchase of the subject land although the petitioners are the true owners of the same. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said aspect was raised by President Zila Panchayat, Mathura before MVDA. The apprehension is that MVDA would obtain sale deed from respondent no. 4 and pay compensation to him. 5. Admittedly, the petitioners have not filed any objection before MVDA so far. Therefore, we dispose of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file objection before MVDA on basis of their alleged title so that appropriate decision in the matter is taken in accordance with law.
