JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 03-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. 2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 427, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per F.I.R., on the occasion of marriage of daughter of the informant, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59528 of 2025(2) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 including these petitioners, were making videos of female members and when informant protested, they abused and assaulted informant by means of lathi, bhala, farsa, arms and molested his daughter. It is further alleged that the accused persons entered the house of informant and took away jewellery worth Rs. 50,000/-. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation of assault against petitioner is general and omnibus and there is no specific accusation of overt act against him. Rest of the allegations are ornamental only to make the case grave. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Considering the nature and seriousness of allegation prayer for anticipatory bail of these petitioners is refused. Navya/- (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
