RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J (ORAL) This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.162 dated 16.08.2020 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sushant Lok, District Gurugram. In compliance of the order dated 18.06.2025, status report dated 02.07.2025 by way of an affidavit of Vishal, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, East, Gurugram along with custody certificate of the petitioner has been filed on behalf the respondent-State today in Court, which is taken on record. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.1256-2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 05.02.2025 and on that date, on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition was dismissed as withdrawn. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after 5 months. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner apartfrom severe heart ailment he is also suffering from diabetes and high sugar level.
