The petitioner has named six respondents, majority of whom being the officials of Srinagar Municipal Corporation with an intended purpose to seek a direction from this Court unto the said respondents to issue building permission in the petitioner’s favour as per the building plan submitted by him. 2. The petitioner along-with his writ petition has an annexure-VI which is a court order dated 11.04.2025 passed by the 1st Civil Subordinate Judge (Municipal Magistrate) Srinagar in a civil suit filed by his brother namely Farooq Ahmad Wani against the Srinagar Municipal Corporation and its officials as well as against the petitioner as defendant No. 4. 3. In view of this fact, this Court cannot proceed ahead with the present writ petition which is afflicted with non-impleadment of necessary party as such learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file fresh one with his brother namely Farooq Ahmad Wani being impleaded as one of the respondents. 4. In view of above, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted subject to a condition that the petitioner annexes a copy of this order along with subsequent writ petition as may come to be filed by him.
