Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115, 117, 109, 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant by means of lathi and snatched Rs. 7,500/- cash and one gold chain. Informant sustained four injuries. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. 5. Considering the fact that petitioner assaulted on the head of informant causing him multiple injuries and criminal Patna High Court CR. MISC.
