2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(3), 109(1), 351, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Informant, namely, Govind Kumar, alleged that on 19.05.2025, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, assaulted brother of the informant with lathi and danda.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59546 of 2025(2) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 Petitioners are ladies and have falsely been implicated in this case due to petty dispute between children of two families. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no specific accusation of overt act against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, (8), Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Nalanda P. S. Case No. 63 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
