This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 10.01.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.31595 of 2024. 3. Heard learned counsels for the Parties. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the 5th line of Paragraph-8 of the aforesaid order the words “order passed by the CGIT-cum-Labour Court” have wrongly been reflected instead of “attached list to the order of reference in connection to Tr. I.D. Case No.187 of 2001”. 5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in the I.A., prayer is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that the words “order passed by the CGIT-cum-Labour Court” wrongly reflected in the 5th line of the Paragraph-8 of the aforesaid order be read as “attached list to the order of reference in connection to Tr. I.D. Case No.187 of 2001”. 6. This order shall be read as a part of the original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered. 7. This I.A. is disposed of. 8.
