Case No. 04 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. The petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. The allegation of firing is against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2025. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
