Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. From the factual matrix of the present case, it is clear that the property has been auctioned and a sale certificate has already been issued in favour of a third person. An order under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has also been passed for taking possession of the said property. The matter is pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 3. In light of the above factual matrix, this Court cannot intervene in the present matter at this stage keeping in mind the catena of judgments of the Supreme Court. 4.
