Heard the learned advocates for the parties. 2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the outstanding misappropriated sum of Rs.3,33,887/- with the jurisdictional court without prejudice to his rights and contentions in the case. 3. In light of the aforesaid submission we give liberty to the petitioner to deposit the aforesaid sum with the jurisdictional court within seven days from date. In the event the said amount is deposited the court shall keep it in an auto- renewing fixed deposit account in a nationalized bank subject to the result of the litigation. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that he shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date. 5.
