The Government has taken a decision to start dearness allowance to the security guards working in the aided ashram schools. The same is made payable with effect from 02.02.2018. This decision was communicated to the Commissioner, Triable Development Department, Amaravati, Nagpur, Thane and Nashik by communication dated 14th November, 2025. 2025:BHC-AUG:33602-DB 2 485.2023CP.odt 2. Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that unless and until this decision is communicated to the respective Headmasters of the ashram schools, wherein the petitioners are working, they cannot forward the salary bills of the security guards. 3. The respondents shall forward copy of communication dated 24.11.2025 along with this order to the Headmasters of the ashram schools where the petitioners are working, within two weeks from today. On receipt of the said order respective Headmasters shall submit the salary bills of the petitioners within two weeks thereafter. The salary bills shall be cleared as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks from the date of their receipt. 4. With these direction, contempt petitions are disposed of.
