Case No. 157 of 2024, corresponding to POCSO Case No. 66 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 115(2), 117(2), 75(1), & 75(2) of the BNS, 2023, and Section 8 & 10 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III cum Spl. Judge, POCSO Act, Hazaribag. Earlier bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.11.2024 passed in B.A. No. 8188 of 2024. Petitioner, who is teacher of the victim is alleged to have outraged her modesty. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months. Considering the period of custody, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III cum Spl.
