Pursuant to this Court's order dated 26.06.2025, the District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai has forwarded a Report to the Registry dated 30.06.2025, stating that the case was posted for trial on 02.09.2025 as last chance. The learned Judge has not indicated any time required to dispose of O.S.No.55 of 2024. 4.
