ORAL ORDER Heard Learned counsel for the parties.
2. In this petition, the petitioner is seeking for a direction to respondent no.2 to consider the representation dated 08.11.2019 (Annexure-G), for change of katha.
2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that, the land in question has been purchased by the husband of the petitioner on 06.07.1965 from the original grantee and accordingly, the petitioner has made a representation dated 08.11.2019 (Annexure-G) seeking change in katha in respect of the said land.
3. Having taken note of the submission made by the
learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned HCGP, since Annexure-G has been made six years ago, it is open for the petitioner to make one more application/representation along with relevant documents and, same has to be considered in the light of the judgment of this Court in the case of Syed Bhasheer Ahamed and Others vs. State of Karnataka and Others reported in ILR 1994 Kar.159 and, if such application/representation is filed by the petitioner herein

within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, the same shall be considered by respondent no.2 within three months from the date of receipt of the application/representation that may be made by the petitioner herein in accordance with the aforesaid judgment of this Court. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of.
