The petitioner is a guarantor against whom the respondent Bank has proceeded. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking stay of the coercive measure being taken against her property and seeking stay of the impugned e-auction sale notice. 3. Upon perusal of the documents, we are of the view that the present writ petition is misplaced and is not maintainable before this Court. 4.
