ORAL ORDER
The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 21.08.2025 vide Annexure-J.

Brief facts leading rise to the filing of this writ petition are as follows: The petitioner got selected for Junior Technician (Electrical) in respondent No.3- Federation. Respondent No.2 sent a letter to earlier Division Controller in KSRTC, Ramanagara Division enclosing the committee report dated 03.06.2023 with a condition that the marks card submitted by the petitioner is genuine. Respondent No.3 issued a note sheet to the petitioner. The petitioner given a representation to respondent No.2 authority to send the genuinity report to respondent No.3 Federation and

requested to return the marks card along with the said report. But respondent No.2 has not taken any steps. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate filed statement of objections. However, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that, if reasonable time is granted, the respondents will consider Annexure-J and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law.
6. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Advocate, I proceed to pass the following order:
ORDER i. The writ petition is
disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider Annexure-J and pass the appropriate
order in accordance with law within 8

weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. ii. Respondent No.3 is directed not to terminate the petitioner till respondent No.2 pass the order on Annexure- J. iii. In view of disposal of the petition, pending IA, if any, does not survive for
consideration and is
disposed of accordingly.
