The petitioner prays that the objections raised by the petitioner may be considered in the timing conference proposed on 10-04-2025. 2. Heard the learned Government Pleader also. The learned Government Pleader submits that there is no basis for the apprehension of the petitioner. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and considering the limited nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition will stand disposed of, directing that, notwithstanding the fact that the timings had not been finalised pursuant to the direction in Ext.P2 judgment, the objection of the petitioner shall be considered in the timing conference proposed on 10-04-2025.
