The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.2, dated 02.01.2025, under Section 21(b) of Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Ding, District Sirsa (Annexure P/1). 2. While granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 12.06.2025, the following contentions were noticed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the same have been reproduced below:- VIPIN KUMAR 2025.07.24 21:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order CRM-M-32271-2025 “Contends, inter alia, that petitioner was not named in the FIR; rather nominated on the basis of disclosure made by co-accused, namely, Rajneesh @ Gandhi, from whom recovery of 50 grams of Heroin (noncommercial quantity) is alleged to have been effected.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the submissions and further submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation may not be required. 4. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Rajinder also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 5. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the interim order dated 12.06.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S. 24.07.2025. (N. S.
