The petitioner is alleged to have committed offences under Sections 364A and 307 IPC, 1860. 4. The allegations made against the petitioner are for kidnapping for ransom and an attempt to murder. If the facts alleged are established, the petitioner will be liable for conviction. Whether the petitioner has committed the said offence or not is a matter of trial. Further, still the matter is under investigation. If the police finds the petitioner to be innocent, they may file a police report accordingly to the Court. This is not a fit case to be interfered at this juncture by this Court in exercise of its powers - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44555 CRL.P No. 11604 of 2023 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
