JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 27-08-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others had assembled to commit a crime. Country made pistols have been recovered from the petitioners. 4. The petitioners are accused in ten more cases of similar and serious nature. The petitioners are in custody since Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57780 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 06.02.2025. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for regular bail is hereby dismissed. 6. The petitioners may renew their prayer for bail if the prosecution delays the trial.
