He submitted that during the investigation, it was found that both of them had booked the hotel by stating that they were married to each other. Thereafter, due to pressure from the father of the victim, who is the complainant in the present case, the FIR was lodged by him. age of the girl, there is no dispute that she was of age of 19 years at the time of occurrence and that she was having a relationship with the petitioner. 5. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 6. The custody of the petitioner has come out to be 03 months and 14 days. It is a case of all the learned counsels for the parties that the age of the girl was 19 years at the time of occurrence and she was a major. The FIR was registered at the instance of the father of the victim. As per the allegations, the victim had eloped with the present petitioner. The investigation of the case has already been completed. Furthermore, it is neither the case of the learned State counsel nor has it been argued that if the petitioner is released on bail, he may abscond, flee from justice, influence witnesses, or tamper with evidence. Therefore, considering the totality of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant bail to the petitioner. 7. Consequently, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner shall be released on regular bail, if not required in any other case, subject to furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned. 8. However, anything observed hereinabove shall not be treated as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case and is meant for the purpose of deciding the present petition only.
