The present Application has been filed by the applicants in Case Crime No. 205 of 2025. 2. Heard Mr. R.S. Sammal, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr. Pradeep Lohani, learned Brief Holder for the State and Mr. Lalit Sharma, learned counsel for the informant. 3. Mr. Pradeep Lohani, Brief Holder, on instructions, submitted that the First Information Report was registered under Sections 376, 498A, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 5 read with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 was added during the course of investigation. 4. The applicant no.1 Aawesh Malik has been arrested by the police and the applicant no.2 Irfan, aged about 69 years, has been exonerated by the Investigating Officer. 5. After the said submissions of Mr. Pradeep Lohani, Brief Holder, Mr. R.S. Sammal, Advocate, has requested to permit the applicant no.2-Irfan to withdraw the 2025:UHC:7106 present anticipatory bail application. 6.
