Hon’ble Mr. Justice Mohd Yousuf Wani, Judge ORDER 15.04.2025 1. The petitioners are aggrieved of the order dated 11.03.2025 whereby the Single Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar has directed the maintenance of status quo with regard to the promotion to the Time Scale until the final order is passed. 2. Mr. Jahangir Iqbal Ganai, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners were not arrayed as the respondents in the writ petition and serious prejudice has been caused due to passing of the exparte order which in fact is a final order and amounts to disposal of the application for grant of interim relief. He further submits that the P a g e | 2 WP(C) No. 803/2025 CM No. 2057/2025 learned Single Bench of Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar could not have considered the Original Application filed by the private respondents. 3. Since the petitioners have not been arrayed as the respondents in the Original Application preferred by the private respondents, we deem it proper to array the petitioners as respondents in the Original Application filed by the private respondents and further permit them to file objections to the Original Application and also a motion for recalling of the order dated 11.03.2025 impugned in this petition. In the event any such motion is laid by the petitioners before the learned Tribunal, the learned Tribunal is request to make all possible endeavours to consider and dispose of the same within a period of 30 days from laying of such motion. 4.
