1. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to direct the respondent No-2 to decide the revision petition filed by the petitioner. 10.2 Any other relief, which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher on 07.01.2009 and he was VISHAKHA BEOHAR Digitally signed by VISHAKHA BEOHAR
2 terminated from his service on 03.10.2016. Thereafter, he preferred an appeal before the Collector and vide order dated 25.04.2018, the Collector rejected the said appeal. Being aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner preferred a revision on 07.08.2018 before the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, but till date, the said revision has not been decided. He submits that the direction may be issued to the concerned respondent authority to decide the revision filed by the petitioner within a stipulated time.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the revision filed by the petitioner would be decided within certain time period.
4. Considering the submissions made by the parties, and further looking to the short grievance of the petitioner that his revision is pending before the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division is not decided since 09.08.2018, the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division is directed to decide the said revision filed by the petitioner within an outer limit of 30 days from the date of production of copy of this order, in accordance with law.
