JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present petition is filed seeking the following prayer: a) Issue Writ of Mandamus to the presiding officer in M.C.No.86/2022 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Challakere, for the speedy disposal of the pending M.C. petition by allowing the petition to dispose off within an outer limit of three months. b) and to pass any such other orders or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, including the costs of the proceedings, in the interest of justice. 2. This is the M.C. of year 2022. The Courts at Bengaluru are on the task of disposing of the matters till 2019 by December 2025. Hence, this Court cannot pass any orders directing the Family Courts to dispose of the matter which is of the year 2022. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
