JUSTICE ANIL KSHETARPAL Present: Mr. Ashok Kaushik, Advocate for the petitioner ANIL KSHETARPAL, J. (Oral) The plaintiff assails the correctness of the concurrent orders passed by the courts below while dismissing his application for the grant of temporary injunction restraining the respondents from changing the nature of the property. Admittedly, the petitioner himself sold 2 kanals 8 marlas land in favour of respondent no.1 vide registered sale deed dated 14.01.2025 out of which 1 kanal 16 marlas has been sold by respondent no.1 in favour of respondent no.2. Hence, the respondents are purchasers of the property for a valuable consideration. Additionally, any construction on the property will result in value addition and not in its depreciation. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground to interfere is made out. Hence, dismissed. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
