2. In this writ petition the petitioner is challenging the
order/communication dated 08th June, 2023 (Annexure-C) issued by the respondent No.5 to the petitioner; inter alia sought for direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 16th June, 2023 (Annexure-G).

3. Heard Sri. Ramesh H.E., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Mahantesh Shettar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the impugned order/communication dated 08th June, 2023 (Annexure-C) issued by the respondent No.5 would indicate that, there is no provision under the Rules for relaxation of lease in favour of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, since, there is no rule provided for relaxation of lease amount in respect of claim made by the petitioner, I am of the view that the present petition does not survive for
consideration. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
