2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“It is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR bearing FIR No.- 1/2025, registered at PS Mahila Thana, Raipur, District- Raipur against the present petitioner for offence u/s 498A of IPC which is a gross abuse of process of law, illegal and against the provision of law ad thus, may kindly be quashed in the interest of justice. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice.”
3. At the time of hearing, this Court observed that the prayer made in the present petition is defective one as there is no mention of the date on which the FIR has been registered. 4. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty with a cost of Rs.2000/- to be deposited in the account of Government Home for Mentally Underdeveloped Children, Mana Camp, District Raipur within 7 days from today and furnish the receipt of the same before the Registry of this High Court. 3
