ORAL ORDER
This petition is filed by the respondent challenging the
order dated 06.05.2024 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.20/2023 on the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballari (for short, hereinafter referred to as ‘Family Court’), granting maintenance to the petitioners therein.
2. For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their ranking before the Family Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
4. Having taken note of the submission made by the
learned counsel for the parties, the marriage of petitioner No.1 with the respondent was solemnized on 03.02.2017 and in their

wedlock petitioner No.2 is born. It is also forthcoming from the finding recorded by the Family Court that, the parties are residing separately.
5. Taking into consideration the finding recorded by the Family Court at paragraph Nos.21 and 22, award of maintenance granted by the Family Court is just and proper and therefore, no interference is called for in this petition.
6. Accordingly, Revision Petition is dismissed.
7. Amount in deposit before this Court be released in favour of respondent No.1 herein after due identification.
