By the medium of the instant petition, the petitioner herein is seeking a direction upon the Respondent No. 2 for the renewal of the license bearing No. 1156/DMA in terms of the application filed by the petitioner dated 05.10.2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the license was issued in his favour in the year 1970 which expired on 30.12.2019, as such, he had applied for the renewal of the license on 5.10.2023, but till date his application has not been considered by the respondents for renewal of his license. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that he would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Shaista Rashid Shah I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 24.04.2025 10:35 respondents to consider the application of the petitioner within a reasonable period of time. 4.
