ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Appoint an Arbitrator to adjudicate the all Disputesarising out of the Agreement of Contract dated 15.05.2022 produced at ANNEXURE -A. as per Clause 26 and prays for such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the
facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
(b) Pass such other orders or directions including awarding of cost as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the
facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
2. A memo dated 05.12.2025 has been filed signed by the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under:
"It is most respectfully submitted that, the Petitioner herein may be permitted to withdraw the Civil Misc. Petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn the Civil Misc. Petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to avail such remedies as are available to him in law in the interest of justice and equity."
