At the outset, Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. submits that after investigation, final report in favour of applicant has been submitted before the court concerned. The applicant has no apprehension of arrest. 4. At this stage, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to file afresh at an appropriate stage. 5.
