Case No. 234 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 302, 120B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has thrice been rejected. 4. It appears that all the witnesses have been examined and the trial is at the verge of conclusion. 5.
