The present writ petition has been filed for quashing Circular No.46/2019 dated 18th September, 2019 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition), whereby the petitioner has been de-panelled/delisted from the panel of approved valuers of the respondent-Bank. Further prayer has been made for issuance of direction upon the Indian Bank Association (IBA) to strike off the petitioner’s name from the caution list published on its website. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 2025:JHHC:19500 2 25th July, 2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.6810 of 2024. Hence, the present writ petition may also be disposed of in terms with the aforesaid order. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents though contests the case on merit, he however accepts that the issue raised in the writ petition is covered by the aforesaid order. 4. Considering that the issue raised in the present case is covered by the order dated 25th July, 2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.6810 of 2024, this writ petition is disposed of in terms with the said order. Accordingly, Circular No.46/2019 dated 18th September, 2019, so far as it relates to the petitioner, is hereby quashed. 5.
