The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 30.05.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 465/2025 under Sections 70(2), 115(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Khalilabad, District- Sant Kabir Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted on 20.07.2025 against the petitioners, but he is not certain whether cognizance has not been taken thereon by the competent court or not. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that till cognizance is taken on the police report by the court concerned, petitioners shall not be arrested pursuant to the impugned F.I.R.
