(ORAL) 1 The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.27, dated 24.02.2025 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC registered at Police Station City Safidon, District Jind, Haryana. 2. This Court vide order dated 11.6.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to his joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 11.6.2025, the petitioners have joined the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel on instructions from the concerned investigating officer does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required.
