The present writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 19.06.2025 passed by the Respondent No. 2. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondents that against aforesaid order, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file appeal before the Commissioner of Division as per Section 18 of the Act, 1959. 3. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy. 4. Certified copy of order which is appended along-with the petition, office is directed to return the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after keeping the photocopy of the same.
