Cont.P.No.2040 of 2025 Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of The Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 10.06.2025 made in W.P.No.18427 of 2025 on the file of this Court. For Petitioner : Ms.E.Shobana For Respondents : Mr.J.Ravindran, Additional Advocate General Assisted by Mr.C.Kathiravan, Special Government Pleader O R D E R (Order of the Court was made by V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.) When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General produced a typed set of papers containing a Press Release issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu as well as a Government Order issued by the School Education Department. In terms of the Government Order, the proposal sent by the Director of Private Schools for regularizing the time schedule for admission of students has been accepted and approved.
