JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER Petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to carry out phodi / durast work, fix the boundaries for the schedule land and to issue 11-E sketch by assigning sub-numbers to the schedule land. 2. It is submitted that though representation has been made as per Annexure-G, no steps have been taken to conduct durast / phodi proceedings and assign separate survey numbers. 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that fresh application in prescribed format may be made and the same would be considered and appropriate action taken. 4. In addition to Annexure-G representation made, petitioner is to make fresh application seeking phodi / - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52118 WP No. 35066 of 2025 durast work, fixation of boundaries and for issuance of 11-E sketch by assigning sub-numbers, within ten days from today. Once such application is made, the respondent - Authorities to take appropriate action to conduct phodi / durast work, fixation of boundaries and for issuance of 11-E sketch by assigning sub-numbers to the schedule land, as per the procedure within a period not later than 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
